防護等級
防水、防塵規格在IEC60529(國際電氣標準會議)中，是為了標識對電機機械器具的保護等級（IP等級）所制定的。IP后面的兩個數字，左側的表示防塵等級，右側的表示防水等級。例如（IP45）表示的是:防塵等級為4級、防水等級為5級。另外，如僅用IP標準表示防水等級的時候則寫成(IPX5)的形式。（X）表示沒有做防塵測試，（IPX5）僅僅表示防水等級為5級。
